Master the art of Jewish bread baking with NuRoots’ Post-Undergrads! Join other 22- to 27-year-olds to learn the intricate and hands-on baking techniques behind challah and bagels, and bake your own freshly made creations from scratch while exploring the spiritual and cultural significance of these breads and how they became so prevalent in Jewish tradition. Plus, you’ll get to take home photos, recipes, and techniques to do it yourself.
The workshop will be led by Sharon Graves, a celebrated baker and the owner of BLVD Kitchen.
