NuRoots’s third annual Collective Escape is a reimagined citywide Passover festival. We’ve put together a diverse variety of offerings aimed to celebrate the holiday in a way that’s accessible, unique, and relevant.
This year, we’re finding Order in Disorder.
We are consumed by the constant chaos around us, overwhelmed by the things out of our control. We fall into patterns and habitual tendencies leaving us no time to pause, reflect, and refine. We are slaves to our daily grind. We invite you to escape with us, to leave the grind behind, and to reflect on what freedom means to you. Through retelling the Exodus story and finding newfound strength in oppressive times, we can escape from what’s enslaving us and find a sense of community, power, and order in the face of disorder.
