Join NuRoots for the first gathering in a series of “Deep Listening” sessions to rediscover the lost art of listening. With Shavuot on the horizon, we’ll explore an enlightenment-themed playlist that will help us find inspiration and set intentions in this moment.

These Deep Listening gatherings are an opportunity to discover new music, practice mindfulness, and enhance your listening skills! Shut off your phone, close your eyes, and open your ears. Meditate on the music. Journal thoughts that come to mind. Or just let your mind go blank. We provide the theme, you bring the tracks, and we’ll all tune in together.
