Hanukkah is coming—let’s celebrate in the most delicious way we know how, with our favorite oily potato snack, the latke!

At this post-undergrad latke cooking class, we’ll make—and eat!—traditional potato pancakes and put our own spin on them. Join us to learn step-by-step techniques for cooking sweet potato, root vegetable, and cheesy scallion latkes with toppings both savory and sweet—homemade spiced applesauce, herbed crème fraiche, and more.

Other light foods will be provided (think salads, fruits, and cheese and crackers).

Is the food kosher certified?
All food cooked and provided will be vegetarian, but is not certified kosher.

What should I wear?
This event is casual and comfortable! Please wear comfortable, close-toed shoes (guests in open-toed shoes will not be able to participate in cooking).

Where do I park?
There is metered street parking available on Ventura, which is free on Sundays, and your guest can also park free on the neighboring side streets.

This event is for young adults between the ages of 21-27 as part of our Post-Undergrad programming. Please contact us with any questions about this!
