Where does our food come from? How has COVID impacted our food system? What’s our responsibility to build a more just food system?
Join us for our November JFEDLA Service Learning Opportunity with an in-depth discussion on how we can overcome the systemic injustices within our current food system. How can concepts like food sovereignty and food apartheid help us understand our own positioning in our multifaceted food landscape? We’ll look to some of the farms, movements, and mutual aid networks striving to strengthen local food systems and support their community’s health.
