In Awe of Movement: A Couples Workout

Join NuRoots Couples for a fun yet challenging workout to get in touch with our bodies and deepen our connection to our partners. Learn how you and your partner can support each other physically as we move into the space of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.

This will be a 60-minute (including stretching before/after) strength training workout at-home, with many of the moves requiring a partner assist.
All fitness levels are welcome, and you will only need a mat/floor, water, and a partner to join.
