Jewish tradition teaches the importance of Shalom Bayit – having peace in the household. But how can we do that when we now work, sleep, and dream in the same place during Quarantine? Especially when some of us are suddenly back to living with our parents, or perhaps spending more time with our partner, roommate, or family more than ever before?

Setting healthy boundaries with loved ones in an important aspect of self-care and self-preservation, and an opportunity to enhance your relationships. Join us for an engaging and guided conversation led by community member and psychotherapist Nicole Nowparvar on how to effectively set boundaries during these challenging times.
