With the Jewish new year underway, we’re looking to our community to share sweetness and joy with our seniors at the L.A. Jewish Home.
Notes of Love is a creative and simple way to express care and make a tremendous difference in the day of a senior. While recent months have required the home to reduce visitation due to COVID-19, every effort is being made to keep the residents not just safe and healthy but also engaged, active, and valued.

NuRoots and the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles are proud to partner with Serve the Moment and the Jewish Home on this community service opportunity. We invite you to continue to celebrate the High Holidays by joining us at a session to create notes for seniors and help lift up this community.
This experience is open to all! Please bring a sweet treat to enjoy, as well as card-crafting supplies, a stamp, and an envelope. (Participating with virtual mail will also be possible.)
