Writers write what they know. So it’s no wonder that, as Jewish writers, our lived experiences as members of the tribe sometimes turn up on the page. Pilots Schmilots is a showcase for scripts, stories, essays, and poems that feature Jewish themes, events, and characters. In this series—no pun intended—we read works that deal with Jewish themes and hold supportive, constructive feedback discussions as a group.
