Amy Pezeshki, our lovely co-creator and former MasterChef contestant, will lead us in making one of her favorite dishes: sabzi polo (Persian herb rice) with tahdig (the crispy cooked rice at the bottom of the pot) and chicken (optional). She’ll guide us step-by-step in creating this mouthwatering meal and give us an opportunity to connect with each other over meaningful conversation while our food cooks on the stove.
