Many of us are feeling competing emotions of grief, anxiety, sadness, and fear. Now more than ever, we need to care for ourselves and stay physically and mentally healthy.

NuRoots Post-Undergrads are invited to join us to cultivate an attitude of gratitude! Connect with others and explore the impact of gratitude practice as a powerful tool to cope with challenges of this pandemic. Led by Asal Azizoddin, founder of GratitudeGrams, we will learn to better incorporate gratitude into our daily routines, family dynamics, work lives, and minds.

This practical workshop uses individual and group exercises to connect, have fun, feel inspired, and acquire and develop skills to practice gratitude daily.
