About NYLC
A global five-year journey with inspiring annual retreats, conferences, and unparalleled access to an extraordinary group of spiritual and philanthropic leaders, the National Young Leadership Cabinet (NYLC) is the Jewish Federation of North America’s most comprehensive and prestigious leadership-development program.
The National Young Leadership Cabinet (NYLC) is the premier leadership and philanthropic program within the Jewish Federations of North America and throughout the Jewish world. They meet spiritual and philanthropic leaders, find inspiration, and make meaningful connections that help them on their journey to becoming stronger, more effective leaders.
